Life Less Ordinary Developments appointed Refolo Landscape Architects to design the roof garden for Solis House, a new development located on the main high street running through Eastcote.

The building will include 54 new apartments sharing 200 square metres communal roof garden.

R-LA were challenged by low loading restrictions imposed by the existing structure and devised a lightweight intensive roof with planters and seating providing a luxury and pleasant outdoor area with long views across the landscape.
